Sales has long been treated as an art, driven by instinct, personality, and persuasion.
My work begins where that belief falls apart.

I see sales as science, one that can be understood, taught, coached, and scaled. When performance is inconsistent, the problem is rarely effort or motivation. It is behaviour. It is confidence under pressure. It is how decisions are made, by both sellers and buyers.

Through my Sales Career with a flaunting two decades of experience, I have worked with sales teams, leaders, and managers across organisations at different stages of growth. A consistent pattern emerges.

My work is grounded in Sales Intelligence, the intersection of emotional intelligence, sales confidence, and execution discipline.
